About
Henry began his career defending a range of employers from non-profit organizations to Fortune 500 companies throughout the nation. Henry currently represents the individual employee in asserting rights under discrimination and harassment laws, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, Worker's Compensation and local state laws. Typical cases litigated by Henry relate to discrimination based on race, sex, age, and disability. Although labor and employment is his specialty, Henry is generally skilled in civil litigation and will prosecute claims of Assault, Battery and Negligence and also claims relating to consumer protection, among others.
Henry is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas, and may practice in other states upon application to the Court. A client-lawyer relationship will be established only upon the execution of an agreement letter, or as otherwise permitted under applicable rules. The choice of a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based solely upon advertisements.
